How can I pay for my order?
At this time, we accept PayPal only. PayPal allows you to pay by credit card, by eCheck or directly from your checking account. PayPal e-check orders may not ship until your e-check has cleared, so we highly recommend using Instant PayPal payments. Pending PayPal payments may also be delayed until the payment clears. US funds only. Popular Computer Plan gift cards and gift certificates are also accepted as forms of partial or complete payment dependent on the value of these items.

–If you are not able to find the product you are looking for using the menu on the left site of the site, then click on the search button and type any information you may already know about the product. If you are still unable to find the product the email us with the information you may already have about the product and we will look it up for you. Email us at info@popcomputer.com.
Shipping and Delivery Information
Delivery Times - Most orders are delivered within two weeks (add one week for mail orders). Check the order form for shipping charges. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you of the expected ship date. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or countries other than the U.S.

Popular Computer Plan is not responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control, including shipments outside USPS' Airborne's FedEx's UPS's primary delivery areas. Popular Computer Plan is not liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result of shipping and handling. National holidays may delay shipment.
Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
To prevent credit card fraud all orders we ship are traceable. We will prosecute any fraud. Suspicious orders will immediately be reported to the FBI and higher authorities.
All deliveries REQUIRE A SIGNATURE to be released. Recipient must be at the shipping address during the day to sign and accept the package. Packages that are returned to us can be re-shipped at the customer's expense, or a refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling Charges - We can ship anywhere with a U.S. postal ZIP code addresses. Most orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam are shipped via Parcel Post and may require additional charges. Please call (610) 340-0567 and ask your operator for details.
If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please call us immediately at 1-610-340-0567 or email info@popcomputer.com. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the return and replacement process. Do not throw packaging material away. Popular Computer Plan will contact the shipping company for pick-up and a damage claim.
Product Returns
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behindall our products with a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, you receive the wrong item or the item you received is not functioning,simply return it to Popular Computer Plan within 30 days of receivingthe merchandise for an exchange of your product purchase price. Please refer to the packing slip for complete instructions onhow to return the item. All products require a return authorization call prior to any return.
Exchanges, Credits, or Refunds - All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards (not filled out), manuals and accessories. Please ship your parcel back to us PREPAID Ground UPS or insured Parcel Post. We cannot accept COD shipments. All exchanges and returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. Returns after 30 days are subject to restocking fees or may not be accepted based on the time and condition of the return. Returns without the required return authorization number or with accessories or components missing are subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.
Computer Software - These products may be returned for credit or refund only if unopened and the factory seal remains intact. Once these products have been opened, they can only be returned for exchange.

Email our friendly Customer Support Department at info@popcomputer.com during our 30-day inspection period indicating that you wish to return items for a refund or a replacement. Please note that our 30-day inspection period commences on shipment.

Ship your return to our U.S. Return Facility through any traceable method (e.g. FedEx, UPS or registered mail). To speed up the return process, remember to complete the Return Slip included with your shipment. The address of our Return Facility is included on this slip.

Once we receive your return, (depending on your preference) we will either send you a replacement item or immediately refund you through your PayPal account.
